Dr. Lewis is a Neuro-psychiatrist whose practice focuses on treating the underlying causes of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, as well as other disorders that result from complex infectious diseases. Working with Dr. W. John Martin at the Center for Complex Infectious Diseases, he has developed considerable expertise in treating illnesses related to an atypical virus called Stealth Virus. Dr. Lewis has developed an expertise in understanding the relationship between immunology, microorganisms, and the function of the brain. He has spoken in local, national and international forums on a variety of corrections, psychiatric, and scientific topics, most recently related to the connection between stealth virus infections and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
